1. Return Policy

• Returns are not allowed, except in cases where an incorrect product has been dispatched.

• If you receive a wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with order details and images of the received item.

• Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup for the incorrect item.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect product dispatch.

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated.

• Refunds will be credited to the same bank account/payment method used for the purchase.

• The refund process may take up to 7 working days from the date of return approval.

3. Conditions for Return & Refund

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Any request for return beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for damages caused due to mishandling or incorrect storage by the customer.
