1. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day.

• We require 1 business day to handle and dispatch your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• We offer standard shipping across India.

• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the location.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• We may offer free shipping during special promotions or for orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

• You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns & refunds are not allowed, except in cases where an incorrect product has been dispatched.

• If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with order details and images.

• Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup and issue a refund.

6. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of return approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the same bank account/payment method used for the purchase.
